Monkeys Took My Jetpack #95: Fixin’ to Hit the Dusty Trail

Howdy, Partners!

In keeping’ with our Old West theme we started last issue, we’re jumping’ the time-stream all the way back to March 18, 2013, where we had a lotta palaver, and somewhere in all that managed to dredge up a few characters for Wild West Cinema, an extremely under-valued title from Spectrum Games. So set back, throw s’more wood on that campfire (Almost makes me wish I’d put that sound effect in—but naw, that’s what imagination is for.), and enjoy some time with old friends, some talk of games, gaming, Western movies, and character creation.

Links of Note:
Wild West Cinema
Capes, Cowls & Villains Foul
Spectrum Games
Adventures on Dungeon Planet
Risus: The Anything RPG
D6 System (Well, D6 Adventure, but it’s a good starting point. No longer free, but still very economically priced.)
Mini Six
PDQ (Prose Descriptive Qualities)
Swashbucklers of the Seven Skies
Fate Core
Fate Accelerated
Young Centurions
Icons (We complain about Icons in this issue, but we like the Assembled Edition, which came later.)
All Stars
Feng Shui
Retrocausality
Wushu

Y’all can look up movies in IMDB on yer own, Hoss.
